A: We operate out of Portsmouth, New Hampshire. While we specialize in transportation to Boston’s Logan and Manchester airports, we will take you anywhere in the Northeast in privacy and comfort.
Q: Does Seacaoast Airport Service provide service to and from all major New England Airports?
A: Yes, Our client base extends throughout the New England area and beyond. Seacaoast Airport Service will take you to and from any New England airport as well as anywhere in the Northeast including New York.
Q: What kind of vehicles do you use?
A: We use late model Lincoln Town Cars, comfortable for a maximum of 4 people. However, we can fill special requests for 6, 8, and 10-passenger Lincoln Town Car stretch limousines.
Q: Does Seacaoast Airport Service accept corporate accounts?
A: Yes, Seacaoast Airport Service does accept corporate accounts, and offers billing to your corporate charge card.
Q: Do your airport service and hourly rates include the tip?
A: No, our rates do not include driver gratuities. 15 to 20 percent is the customary gratuity in the limousine industry.
Q: May we smoke, or eat in the limousine?
A: For the comfort of all of our passengers our limousines are NON SMOKING only. We provide ice and bottled water for the comfort of our passengers.
Q: How far in advance should I make my reservation?
A: We recommend that you make your reservation 48-72 hours in advance, but we understand that this is not always possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you on short notice.
Q: What is your cancellation or change policy?
A: A cancellation fee equal to the total cost including gratuity will be charged for any cancellation or change made less than 2 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time.
Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including weekends and holidays. Our surcharge for pick-ups between 12:00AM-5:00AM is $20.00. Our surcharge for scheduled service on Sunday, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day is $25.00 per reservation.
Q: What are your waiting time your policies and charges?
A: For departures, waiting time charges begin 15 minutes after scheduled pick-up time. After 15 minutes, waiting time charges are retroactive to the scheduled departure time.For arrivals, waiting time charges begin 45 minutes for domestic and 60 minutes on international arrivals after the last ETA (estimated time of arrival) of the scheduled flight and are subject to extenuating circumstances such as lost luggage, diverted flights, severe weather, and last minute flight changes.Flights of 1.5 hours or less of airtime are not traceable on flight tracker and therefore are subject to wait time fees.
