| Policies |

| Waiting Time Charges |
| For departures, waiting time charges begin 15 minutes after scheduled pick-up time. After 15 minutes, waiting time charges are retroactive to the scheduled departure time. For arrivals, waiting time charges begin 45 minutes for domestic and 60 minutes on international arrivals after the last ETA (estimated time of arrival) of the scheduled flight and are subject to extenuating circumstances such as lost luggage, diverted flights, severe weather, and last minute flight changes. Flights of 1.5 hours or less of airtime are not traceable on flight tracker and therefore are subject to wait time fees. |

| Cancellation & Change Policy |
| A cancellation fee equal to the total cost including gratuity will be charged for any cancellation or change made less than 2 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time. |

| No-Show Policy |
| A no-show fee equal to the trip cost plus applicable waiting time charges, tolls, parking, and gratuity will be charged when the passenger fails to show at the designated location. |
|
| Deposit Policy |
| A credit card deposit will be required in order to make a reservation. |
|
| Methods of Payment |
| Cash, credit cards(Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover are the standard accepted and agreed upon payment method. |
|
| Reservations |
| 48 hours advance reservations suggested, but can accommodate on shorter notice. |
|
| Waiver |
| Seacoast Airport Service does not guarantee arrival at or departure from any point at a specific time due to circumstances beyond its control such as accidents, breakdowns, traffic and road conditions, storms, etc. and shall not be held liable for claims resulting in delays from such conditions. Seacoast Airport Service reserves the right to substitute the contracted vehicle in the event of such an occurrence mentioned above with a vehicle of like and kind quality. Client waives all claims for consequential damages and agrees that liabliity shall be limited to the costs accrued to Seacoast Airport Service for any disputed service. |

| Acceptance |
| If agreement as stated above meets with the approval of client, it will be considered accepted in its entirety unless written notice is received by Seacoast Airport Service prior to completing services. |
